The report shall facilitate cooperation among the NCPs community and result in providing high level services across Europe. One of the objectives of the project is to understand synergies of EIC with a number of instruments like Seal of Excellence, Plug-in and Fast Track. This report was created with the aim to deliver additional assistance to NCPs in their efforts to effectively popularize and those instruments and help applicants from a variety of countries to understand the whole spectrum of available programs established to support startups and innovators.   

The report concentrates merely on two of the three instruments in question: Seal of Excellence and the Plug-in scheme. The Fast Track instrument is highlighted fairly superficially due to its limited applicability so far, hence, a rather scarce amount of data and use cases available.
