Report on EIE & EIC synergies, including case studies

This deliverable aims to investigate into the synergies between the European Innovation Ecosystem actions and the European Innovation Council, taken from granted that some of them have been considered by design and some of them may have arisen over the implementation of both programmes in time. In this sense, the deliverable starts by analysing the different actions proposed under the EIE WPs and defines a clear methodology to detect if these actions by design can offer synergies with the EIC or not. Using this methodology, the most relevant programmes (namely Startup Europe and Woman TechEU) have been selected to conduct a more thorough analysis on their offer towards SME, how this is implemented and who are final winners around Europe of their cascading fund offers.
