Under the Enhanced EIC Accelerator pilot, the first agreements with the EIC Fund are now to be concluded. In this sense the Access2EIC NCP Network is organizing a Webinar focused on the EIC Accelerator Equity and Due Diligence Process in in Collaboration with the European Commission, European Investment Bank and Armilar Ventures Partners.
This Webinar aims to provide clarifications on the key points on the investment cycle to the National Contact Points, in order to better advise their clients at national level. We will have the opportunity to interact with a private VC, that is using a InnovFin Technology Transfer Fund – Armilar Ventures, to share its experience under InnovFin and to address the due diligence process on a private investor perspective.
We will also have EC presenting the key points of this Enhanced EIC pilot and the first conclusions on the first agreements under the EIC Fund, this presentation will be complemented with the detailed analysis performed by the EIB as the Advisory Body of EC on the EIC Fund Investments. We will address the main novelties that European SMEs will face in the future like the due diligence process and its details like termsheets, investment structuring, etc
This Webinar will take place next 25th June, from 10.30 to 13.00CET and it is organized by Access2EIC – the EIC and Access to risk finance NCP Network
